Apply a template to an existing PowerPoint

You already wrote the deck. Your company already has a template. SlideFit reads both .pptx files in this tab and reflows titles, bullets, pictures and tables onto your template. Change a PPTX template, or convert slides to a company template, without sending the file anywhere.

Fit a deck

Add both files, or load the two samples. Processing stays in this browser.

How SlideFit changes a PPTX template

PowerPoint stores a deck as a zip of XML. The words, pictures, and tables live on slides. The look lives on the slide master, the layouts, and the theme. SlideFit keeps the template’s master and writes your content into the closest layout.

  1. Read the deck Titles, subtitles, bullets, pictures, and tables are pulled out of each slide. Charts and SmartArt are left behind, and the page says so.
  2. Pick a layout An opening title maps to Title Slide. A short divider maps to Section Header. Bullets map to Title and Content. A picture with text maps to Picture with Caption.
  3. Write a new file Your originals are not edited. The download is a new .pptx that opens in PowerPoint or LibreOffice, with the template’s fonts and colours.

What moves across

Animations, speaker notes, charts, and SmartArt are not rebuilt. Inline formatting — bold, colour, and links — is not kept; the words come across as plain text. After you download, nudge anything that overflowed a placeholder. That is normal when a 4:3 deck lands on a widescreen master.

Pricing

Free covers a short deck. Pro is for the real one. Both run in the browser.

$5 for 24 hours

$5

One payment on PayPal. $5 unlocks unlimited conversions for 24 hours in this browser. The window is not tied to the file bytes, so re-saving the PowerPoint, or fitting again, still works. It does not auto-renew.

$12 30-day pass

$12

One-time PayPal order, not a subscription. Every deck, no watermark, for 30 days in this browser. It does not auto-renew. When the 30 days end, you are back on the free plan unless you pay again.

A PayPal order id is 17 letters and digits.

Honour-based, with no license server. The payment happens on PayPal. SlideFit stores only the PayPal order id, and only in this browser. If this browser saved the purchase, Restore uses that product and the time still left: a $5 purchase keeps its 24 hours, and a $12 purchase keeps its 30 days. If this browser has never seen the id, Restore grants only a 24-hour pass. A full restore of a 30-day pass needs the same browser, or email nidhi69n@gmail.com with the order id. Clearing site data removes the id. The deck itself is never uploaded.

Questions

Does the deck leave my computer?

No. JSZip opens the file in the page. There is no account and no SlideFit server. The payment happens on PayPal. SlideFit stores only the PayPal order id, and only in this browser. Read the privacy note.

Will it look exactly like I designed it?

It will look like the template. Content is placed in placeholders, so a custom collage will become a title, a text block, and pictures. Inline formatting — bold, colour, and links — is not kept. Charts, SmartArt, speaker notes, and animations are not rebuilt.

What is the free limit?

The free plan keeps the first 5 slides, then adds a SlideFit watermark slide. A longer deck is cut off after the first 5 until the $5 24-hour window or a 30-day pass is active. The samples include seven slides so you can see the cutoff.

Which template file should I use?

Any .pptx that already uses your master — a blank company deck is ideal. A .potx works too. SlideFit drops the template’s content slides and keeps the master, layouts, and theme.
